This week in Urban Rivals brings us...

A new combatant joins the golden mountain monastery and his arrival promises to shake up the balance of power among the Clans. As a disciple of the Cobra, Kuei is a merciless warrior of limitless talents. Meanwhile the Montana welcome Milovan, an unscrupulous sailor, while Walden joins the Roots and Cesar comes to boost the ranks of the All Stars.

Kuei - Fang Pi

As a true disciple of the Cobra, Kuei underwent a torturous training program that was only completed once he had beaten his master in single combat. Winner of the grand tournament of the Shokan monks, Kuei arrived in Clint City to take up a new challenge - to take on and beat Lin Xia.

Kuei, Fang Pi Clang, Level 2-5, rare
Lvl 5: 8/6, revenge : stop bonus
The Fang Pi Clang is back, for real. Without the ability he's hard to stop because of his power of 8, but one someone from his team lose, then he becomes almost unstoppable.

Cesare - All Stars

On the soccer ground, there can only be one boss - the referee. Cesare lays down the law and won't tolerate any disruptions to play. If the players won't fall into line, they're sent straight back to the changing room. And although they belong to the same clan, he and Striker are far from being the best of friends...

Cesare, All Stars level 1 - 2, common
lvl 2 : 6/1, stop opp ability
Now, that's a small card that your opponent won't like. Stop ability and power reducing bonus, that's a very difficult combo to overcome.

Milovan - Montana

From his humble beginnings as a deckhand, Milovan rose through the ranks thanks to his complete lack of scruples. On his dilapidated and rusty boat, he'll transport any type of cargo to any destination, so long as the price is right and of course without going through customs. Edd wouldn't sell a thing if it wasn't for Milovan.

Milovan, Montana, level 1-3, uncommon
lvl3 : 6/4, - 2 opp life, min 2
A solid level 3 for the Montana, brings extra deck building options, can replace Sharon or Mona depending on how you want to play

Walden - Roots

Start from scratch. Live simply in tune with nature and the passing seasons. Fish, hunt and gather fruit. To live differently, Walden gave up his car, apartment, furniture and TV and moved into a little hut on the edge of the waste ground the Roots use as their HQ.

Walden, Roots, level 1 - 2, uncommon
lvl 2 : 5/3, power : opp. power
Able to match the power of most of his opponent, while stopping their ability Walden will certainly be a very difficult card to play against.
